[出租] 2B2B apartment中的1B1B主臥套房出租
我要離開美國3個月所以折價短租我的房間。
地點:
50 Saratoga Avenue, Santa Clara 95051
時間：
-2月2號到5月1號 (一天$60全含）
-如果能整租3個月的話優先
男女不拘，室友只有一位early 30’s 男性工程師，台灣人，住在另一個房間。室友隨和
好相處，愛乾淨，安靜，有禮貌，不吸菸，不開趴，不太會煮飯所以少炊或簡炊，冰箱不
會滿。平日大多在他自己的房間Work from home。

Notes:
-要短租的是平面圖中的A跟D
-屋內照片不是apartment staging的照片。室內本人就長這樣。
-房間內的擺設家具寢具全部包含(如果你不介意），家裡跟照片一樣乾淨清爽，我會盡量
把我walking closet的東西收起來或集中。
-床墊是King Size的瑞典名床Duxana (原價大概8000美元，超級無敵好睡！）
-我平常是在客廳的餐桌工作所以房間原本沒放書桌（客廳美美的很舒服），但你想要在
房間放書桌的話我也可以set up沒問題。
-平面圖不是很清楚，這個房間的獨立衛浴是有兩個門，一個是sliding door通到主臥，
一個打開是到廚房。
-廚房的鍋碗瓢盆都可以使用。
