Job Title: Staff/Senior Staff Accountant
Job Description:
Fremont full service CPA firm seeking full time staff accountants and senior tax
/audit accountant performing following duties:
- Tax compliance services for companies with foreign affiliations.
- Tax preparation for businesses, trusts and high net worth individuals.
- Audits on non public companies with China/Taiwan/Hong Kong affiliations.
- Audits on 401k plans.
- Transfer Pricing studies for multinational companies.
High Growth Potential:
Both positions have high growth potential with a large diversified clientele
For the senior position, there is excellent opportunity for growth and promotion
to a management/equity position.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Applicants must be CPA or CPA candidate
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- For the clientele who are affiliates of Chinese companies, proficiency in Mand
arin is a plus.
- Passing the CPA exam a plus.
