A bedroom in a 3-br apartment in U-District available for a Mandarin speaking
female.
15-min walk to campus (4219 7th Ave NE). Close to Trader Joe's, Burke Gilman
Trail, a gym, the Ave, the Wallingford commercial area, and the Community
P-Patch Garden. Good for a quiet person.
You'll be sharing a 835-sq-ft apartment with a mom and a very quiet kid.
There is an additional 300+ sq. ft. back patio in the unit. A nice and
spacious apartment. Well equipped with Dish washer, full fridge and
self-cleaned oven in the unit. Shared laundry facilities in the building. All
utilities included (electricity, internet, water and sewage).
No smoking, drinking, evening noisy parties or any narcotics. Background
check and reference check required.
Rent $560/mo. Covered garage spot rented separately. Secured bike room
included for free.
