地點: U district 43rd st & 8th Ave. NE 走路到學校差不多10分鐘,10分鐘以內就可以
走到 Ave 上(許多餐廳, KTV, shopping, 泡沫紅茶店 等等) Trader Joe & Safeway
Grocery 也在步行距離以內.
價格：六月中到八月中 $400/person/month 包水電, 八月中到九月中只要
$320/person/month 包水電 $200 Deposit will be returned at the end of your
stay

Apartment: 3 rooms 2 baths, all furniture already included, apartment just
remodeled one year ago! The kitchen is very new, all kitchenware already
included, includes cable & internet, roommates are one guy and one girl
(Taiwanese guy and the girl is from Hong Kong)
When: 2009 mid June to mid September, not required to rent all three months
Location: U district on 43rd st & 8th Ave. NE, about 8 minutes walk to
campus, 6 or 7 minutes to the ave which has many restaurants, ktv, bubbletea
places, shops. Within walking distance to Trader Joe's and Safeway grocery
Rent: From mid June to mid August $400/person/month includes all utilities,
from mid August to mid September only $320/person/month including all
utilities. Pay $200 deposit up front and will be returned at the end of your
stay
Looking for: either a guy or girl roommate, non-smoking please :)
