: As far as I know, it is same as criminal clearance record. You can just
: go to local police department and apply for it. If it's for immigration purpose
: you may want to find someone to transplate and authorize the document.
你要良民證的話, 可以申請"警察刑事紀錄證明書".
這是警政署的業務, 不是外交部的. 申請單位為各縣
市的外事科. 申請到的就是一張紙, 上頭有中英文對
照, 無需額外翻譯或公證. 如果你是要辦移民用的,
就是這張了.
