分享一下去年六月的經驗
如果持有美國 or 加拿大 or EU國家的簽證
效期在三個月以上 即可不必有邀請函
(我附在後面...不過請自行再次查証...規定隨時都有可能變)
基本上如果你能出現在歐洲的大使館 你一定就會有EU國家的簽證...
只要注意有三個月以上就好 (validtiy duration, not duration of stay)
我是在布達佩斯的羅馬尼亞大使館辦的
只要該準備的準備好 就直接去隔壁櫃檯繳款了 沒遇到什麼困難
請記得住宿證明要是真的 我那時的狀況是 簽證官"直接"電話拿起來打去求證!!!
不要網頁印下來後就取消訂房..要取消也要等到簽證到手後..

The requested documents for a Taiwanese national are the following:
1. Application form filled out in full and signed by the applicant (for
under-aged children the application should must be signed by both parents;
for minors, parents's declaration of consent for travel, duly certified and
a copy of their passports)
The only application form accepted is the one attached:.
2. One coloured passport photo (3cm x 4cm), with a white background (one to
be attached to the application form; the photo must be less than 6 months
old);
3. Passport (it must exceed the validity term of the requested visa with at
least 6 months and should include at least one blank page for the visa
sticker);
4. Invitation approved by the Authority for Aliens of Romania. If you have a
valid visa at least three months for UE countries, US, or Canada the
invitation is not necessary.
6. Employment letter (stating your employment status and position);
7. Reservation of round-trip ticket ;
8. Proof of a valid international travel insurance covering the entire period
of stay in Romania;
9. Voucher or proof of the accommodation in Romania (e.g. hotel reservation,
information about the host with exact address and housing arrangements,
invitation letter issued by a Romanian company);
10. Documentary evidence of sufficient funds for the entire period of stay in
Romania, in an amount of 100 EURO/day (e.g. bank statement in the applicant's
name, travellers cheques or international credit card);
For other activities in Romania (e.g. business, sport, cultural, scientific
or humanitarian activities) the applicant shall also present the proof of the
purpose of the travel and of the accommodation in Romania, covered by the
individual or legal person/organizer. For more details on these situations,
the applicant should contact the Romanian diplomatic mission.
