[大洋] 請問線上申請澳洲學生簽證
大家好
我想在在www.immi.gov.au申請澳洲學生延長簽證，
已有COE(學生證明)。
申請表格填完之後接著輸入COE code之後
跳回原本輸入基本資料的地方，
出現了:
The following errors have been encountered:
You may be in a location that means you cannot use this service.
Please contact an Australian office of this Department or an Australian Government
office overseas.
是指我所在地方(台灣)無法申請，還是有什麼地方遺漏或是選錯嗎?
