[北美] 這樣是代表我弄丟了OPT EAD卡的意思嗎?
我大概April 5 用Fedex快遞寄出 I765 OPT申請文件 (June3,2013-Jun2,2014)
May3左右收到一封I797裡面有Receipt Number
今天May17上網查進度:

Card/ Document Production
The USPS reported that your new card was delivered on May 3, 2013, directly
to the address we had on file.The USPS tracking number assigned was ......
她所說的new card指I797收據還是EAD卡?
如果是EAD卡就代表我沒收到 可能別人拿走了(這棟很多人住)
OPT的EAD卡有可能April-5寄出 May-3就收到這樣嗎?
