5月1日的布爾喬亞春天酒會
感謝4月9日的布爾喬亞餐酒會成功
此次因為遇到5月的第二個星期日是母親節
所以就改為第一個星期日舉辦
時間:5月1日星期日下午2點開始
地點:台北市瑞安街47號 甘露花園咖啡坊電話:27079113
此餐廳有個小庭院,還有搖椅!!
我們將在玻璃屋內辦春天酒會,以汽泡酒為主(香檳)

因為是在下午舉辦,不想喝太多
選個輕鬆的玫瑰紅酒(是Dry的,不要把它想成超級玫瑰紅)
跟汽泡酒跟香檳
所以我只想搭配水果跟手工餅乾!!此次的重點將在酒款上

2002 我跟某大老試過了,蠻棒的,它是Dry的,不甜哦
此支酒款將會有2支供應喝不夠的酒鬼喝!!
Domaine de Gineste 2003 Cuvee Aurore Gaillac

此支酒是號稱加洲Krug, 汽泡在口中跳舞的感覺令人回味無窮
Dom Perignon,1996
96年份為世紀年份!!
此酒在酒經雜誌跟派克都給予高評價,會員之一的M大更給他在2004年的第一名!!

『I have had a lot of great vintages of Dom Perignon,
but I do not remember any as impressive as the 1996.
Even richer than the brilliant 1990, the 1996 is still tightly wound,
but reveals tremendous aromatic intensity, offering hints of bread dough,
Wheat Thins, tropical fruits, and roasted hazelnuts. Medium to full-bodied,
with crisp acidity buttressing the wines wealth of fruit and intensity,
it comes across as extraordinarly zesty, well-delineated, and incredibly
long on the palate. Moet-Chandon
deserves considerable accolades for this prodigious example of Dom Perignon.
