其實收到Turisme de Catalunya Nordic(朋友工作的地方)有幾天了 可是人在外地上課的我 筆記型電腦遲遲未能上線 直到今天可以把她寫的信貼在這裡 讓大家參考看看 -------------------------以下為相關訊息-------------------------------- Wineyards in Catalonia: the most famous area for wines and Cavas is the "Penedes" area. It is located only 30 minutes away from Barcelona. There are many small wineries and cellars located between the towns of "Vilafranca del Penedes" and "Sant Sadurni d'Anoia". The "route" to follow really depends on whether you have a car or not. You have all the information you can need, in English, at this webpage: http://www.enoturismealtpenedes.net/ Unfortunately, I'm not an expert on it at all, but I can tell you that the most famous and big winery is Bodegas Miguel Torres, as I'm sure you know. And for the Cava, Codorniu is a great choice, with a great modernist building cellar. Other well-known "brands" are Freixenet for Cava (actually, Freixenet exports much more, but Codorniu is more famous in Spain); the rest of cellars usually produce both wines and cavas. These are well-known ones: "Raventos I Blanc", "Sumarroca", "Segura Viudas", "Jean Leon". "Castell de Perelada". That, of course, doesn't mean that the other ones are bad at all, just that they have a smaller production. I'm sorry, but I have no idea at all about "Rioja", except that most wine from that area is good. In Spain we are quite... "patriotic", meaning that in Catalonia, we drink Catalan wine and cava, but we have no idea about the rest of Spain, and the same if you are from the Rioja area: you only know about Rioja. But you can check www.riojawine.com. As for the "rabbit stew" that is something Mike talked about, but it is not really a Spanish dish. We eat rabbit quite a lot, specially as a part of the famous "paella", so if you want to taste it, just ask for anything on the menu with rabbit ("conejo" in Spanish, "conill" in Catalan) on it. The "Conejo al ajillo" ("Garlic rabbit" is very nice). Some traditional dishes that I would recommend you to try in Catalonia are: "Mar I muntanya" (sea and mountain - chicken with prawns), "Vedella amb bolets" (beef with mushrooms), "Arros negre" (rice cooked with cuttlefish ink; not very nice to look at, but delicious, trust me!), "Fideua" (kind of "paella", but with noodles), and of course, the traditional "Pa amb tomaquet" (bread spread with tomato). The Catalan gastronomy is very rich, I'm sure you won't be disappointed with whatever you eat. If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to ask.
