不好意思初次來到這裡最近接觸到一款調酒 The Atone-Mint 說明和做法如下 The Atone-Mint is interesting, kind of a blueberry vodka Mint Julep. It was created in 2008 for Oscar party goers in honor of the nominated film Atonement. The recipe as I received it didn’t call for muddling specifically, but as many mint drinks before it have proven, fresh mint is best muddled with simple syrup to release the minty essence. If you use sugar as opposed to syrup, muddle the sugar, mint and lemon juice. Ingredients: 2 oz Stoli Blueberi vodka 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 2 oz sparkling water 1 tsp sugar OR 1 oz simple syrup fresh mint leaves lemon wedge for garnish Preparation: Muddle the mint and simple syrup in a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add the vodka and lemon juice. Top off with sparkling water.
