Bring slowly to boil, and as soon as the water bubbles, put the lid on tightly and turn right down to minimum for 14 minutes. For a small quantity on a solid electric cookplate like mine, turn off. After about eight to ten minutes turn on minimum for one minute or so. If the rice is not cooked to your liking, put on plate in microwave for 1 minute, but cover the rice as it may pop and splatter the inside of the microwave oven. The other way to cook rice is to bring the rice to the boil in lots of water and simmer for 14 minutes, then drain off all the water. This is how you should cook pasta. 1.水跟米的比例 2:1 2.用慢火慢慢燒水直到水滾關火 3.悶八到十分鐘後,在開小火在燒一分鐘後關火再燜約五分鐘 4.如果米太硬在把米放到微波爐加熱一分鐘, 另一個方法就是將米放到煮沸的水,煮至少14分鐘後將水倒掉 (如煮義大利麵的方法) Method 2 : use mircowave (使用微波爐) 1. put rice on the microwave box ( use one part rice, 1.5 parts cold water) 2. don't forget box should be cover but can't tightly (put the lid on the box) 3. put other big box or plate outside or water will splatter the inside of the microwave oven 4. setup "strong", 15 min 1.水跟米的比例 1.5:1 2.將微波盒子蓋子蓋上但不可以扣緊 3.放另一個比較大的盒子或者一個有深度的盤子在外面,因為微波時水會跑出來 4.將微波爐設定成"強力"模式 ,15分鐘 *微波食物比較容易致癌不建議使用 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.106.5.34 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.106.5.34
