My house is about 3km away from the Police academy and ECU, 1.6km from Spudshe d the 24/7 grocery store, 200m from the IGA shopping centre, and 1.5km from th e FWY. You will share the house with me, my partner, a toddler (my son) and a friendl y pet parrot. The rent is $200 per week and 4 weeks bond. The rent includes all bills and all you need to do is move in. You can move out whenever you want with 2 weeks prior notice. If you suddenly get a transfer notice, it's ok too.
