[問題] 關於斯里蘭卡航空公司線上訂票
小弟第一次出國
想學習自己訂機票
目前有個轉機航空公司有點麻煩
我需要搭乘斯里蘭卡航空公司的飛機
從新加坡(SIN)轉機到馬斯喀特(MCT)
想要使用線上的booking服務
但由於我沒有信用卡，想借用家人的信用卡
但好像持卡人必需陪同出國，否則就要有個聲明證書
它的官方網站(http://www.srilankan.com/en_uk/PlanAndBook/before-you-book)
上面這樣寫：
Please fill in the relevant fields and submit it to your nearest SriLankan
Airlines office in person at least 24 hours prior to departure of the
passenger(s) with below documents.
You need to produce the card used for the transaction to complete the verification process at Sri Lankan Airlines
office and the Card holders are advice to sign the form ONLY in the presence
of a SriLankan Airline's staff or a nominated staff member of the Airline.
Copy of the Passport (signature page) or National Identity Card of the card
holder Copies of the Passports of the passengers
小弟對於第二句不太了解，想說請有經驗的人幫忙解答一下，謝謝。
