[租屋] Summer Sublease near MIT
Hi,
I am a graduate student at MIT and I would like to sublet my room from June 1
to Aug. 15.
It’s a single, fully-furnished bedroom in two bedroom air-conditioned suite
with kitchen, one refrigerator, and bathroom. It’s a newest dorm called
Sidney Pacific, which includes gym, laundry room, TV rooms, game center etc.
During weekdays there are free school buses taking you to every corner of the
campus and it’s also near the subway station.
I will move all my stuff out; so you can expect a clean living space. Besides,
my roommate is off campus during that period. So the room will be all yours.
Both male and female are welcome to sublet the room.
The rent I pay is $900/ month. I would like to offer $100 off and charge
$800/month. The sublicense period is negotiable. If interested, please contact
