I am an incoming medical student at Tufts. Look for a clean, neat and quiet
apartment, hopefully with graduate students or young professionals. No
partying, pets or smoking in the apartment. Room with good sunlight and at
least 1 window. Female or female and male roommates only.
I just saw a room that is going for $640 in Chinatown, but it's a May 1st
move in date and it's not that big a room. I'll keep looking. I'm sure that
as school ends more apartments will go up. Thanks!
