I think the major reason that the city is so rich is because of it's perfect
position.
(Have you ever played Monopoly? If there is a rule that everybody got to

The city was once quite eager to join in Malaysia, however, was reject.
In other words, they did not really want to be an independent state originally
or they were forced to be.
