[問題] TGV重複刷取費用退款問題

版上的大家, 是這樣的,我在5/19時透過網路訂了TGV的車票4張可是後來收到確認信時卻發現他給了我兩組確認碼然後刷了我8張票的錢想當然爾我慌慌張張的就開始寫信給客服, 以下是目前我得到的回音, 可是我看了老半天還是不知道我到底該寄什麼東西給TGV去完成退款所以想來版上求助一下, 有沒有人有過同樣的經驗呢？或是有人知道客服寫的bank statement到底是什麼嗎？我是有再寫信跟他請教是否可以詳細說明何謂bank statement 但我怕又收到“請參照前一封完成退款”的回信有人知道我到底可以怎麼完成我的退款動作嗎？ ps.今天和信用卡公司確認過,TGV已經完成請款動作, 亦即信用卡公司已代墊款,而我的帳單上也會列上這筆款項雖然我曾經想過算了就別爭取了, 畢竟英文信件往返對我來說滿痛苦的可是那畢竟是92.8歐元的差異還是有點吞不下這口氣附上目前所有信件資訊給大家參考（請自動忽略我破爛的英文,大家懂意思就好） ---------------------------------------------------------- Re: order cancellation Dear Mr Yu, Please post your refund request to the following address: TGV-europe.com Service Clients BP 10012 B-1060 Bruxelles 6 BELGIUM To ensure we can process your request without delay, please include the following documents: - a copy of your bank statement - the original unused duplicate tickets that you received - our correspondence reference: RRVLDG Yours faithfully. ----------------------------------------------- Dear Sir, Thanks for the response. but can you explain more about the bank statement?
