[請益] 請問sperrkonto限制提領帳戶的事情
哈囉大家好~我是下學期要去波鴻大學交換的同學，
前陣子申請簽證時被要求要開一個sperrkonto，
因為寄信給德意志銀行都沒有回，所以我自己上網下載到表格來填了。
昨天已經把申請表格拿去在台協會公證簽名了，但是有個疑問：
sends all of the documents that you have signed (the certified copy of your
official identification, the certified application form to open an account
and where
available, the letter of confirmation from your university/language school)
這意思是說要我寄去三樣東西，申請表格、學校入學許可(如果有的話)、???
請問official identification是什麼東西?需要護照影本嗎?或是要什麼?
然後有點擔心不知道這個開立帳戶須要花多久才能收到回覆...因為機票訂在8/19很怕會
來不及達到簽證出國!?不知道可不可以先用旅遊簽出去，之後補拿?!
