我上德國鐵路網站訂票
訂票行程:從慕尼黑到蘇黎士 IC BUS
但出現如網址圖片所示http://ppt.cc/JKGy
內容如下
1.Exchange/refund, EUR 15; Excluded from the 1st day of validity.

請問我應該要選擇哪一個訂票?
