Be sure the place of work shown on the LCA is the same as your actual place of work. 7.Copies of your diplomas, transcripts, foreign education evaluation and experience letters (if any) to evidence your qualifications for employment. 8.Your passport. It should be valid six months beyond your expected date of entry to the U.S. 9.If your spouse and/or children are applying for H-4 visas, you should bring proof of your relationship to them (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate), as well as any H-4 approval notices. 10.If you were in the U.S. earlier as a student, you should also take copies of your I-20 forms and employment authorization card under practical training (if applicable).
