[問題] DV-2013 填表問題

在網路上填寫 DV-2013 遇到一點問題想說來此地問問看能否有解背景資料: 我已婚配偶與子女皆為US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident 不需DV visa 問題: Part One - Entrant Information 13. What is your current marital status? 選擇"Married" 14. Number of Children (optional) 空白不填 (說明:因為此欄底下有附註) Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) and American Citizens should not be included. 但是之後出現的 Part Two - Derivatives 卻還是強制我要填入配偶的資料與上傳照片檔否則會出現紅字的error messages 無法繼續執行 "Continue" 此一按鍵進下一頁面因此無法完成交件除非我把current marital status改成"Unmarried" 才不會出現 Part2-Derivatives 查看過 http://travel.state.gov/pdf/DV_2013_instructions.pdf 相關的部分應該是如下:(已刪掉一些我認為不重要的部分) On your entry, you must list your spouse (husband or wife) and all unmarried children under 21 years of age, with the exception of children who are already U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents. A spouse or child who is already a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident will not require or be issued a DV visa. However, you should include all family members in your registration and photos of each family member who will apply for a DV visa. 我的英文理解能力不夠只看得出來我不必把子女包含在填表內容之中我看不懂到底配偶的部分是否就算是不需要 DV visa 也還是要填入資料且上傳照片檔? 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.196.161
