[問題] 綠卡CSPA的問題
請問一下，我們家在2004年的四月申請了F3的綠卡，
我是1989年出生，(當時15歲)
2010的時候被Approved,
現在排程排到2003年的11月
2010-2004=6年
我現在25歲-6年=19
所以我是可以申請CSPA的，這樣對嗎？
另外再看的就是要申請的話是在
The alien must seek to acquire lawful permanent resident status
within one year of the visa availability by one of the following
methods:
filing Form I-485
submitting Form DS-230
the principal filing Form I-824 on the derivative’s behalf.
我看板上大家好像都是submit DS-230? 這三個有差嗎？
然後是在"排到"之後一年內申請這樣嗎？
也就是我現在沒有辦法特別做什麼…一切等到排期到了之後才能有所行動。
這樣子解釋對嗎？
