Supplement J:
聽說是今年(2017)開始, I-485 及 I-140 不是同時一起申請的就要繳 Supplement J.
(公司人資會準備)
I-693 (Medical exam):
律師說不確定 EB3 要排隊多久, 要我等到RFE再準備這個.
I-485的出生證明:
我在戶政事務所拿: 英文戶籍謄本, 個人的非全戶.
退伍令?:
網路上會有人說要準備退伍令翻譯, 原本讓我想到需要公證翻譯什麼的很緊張.
其實如果當過兵,
律師助理會在 I-485 申請表格的最後加上類似這段句子:
As a male citizen of Taiwan, I was obligated to render (mandatory) military
service. I served as an xxxx Specialist in the Army unit from xxxxxx to
xxxxxx. During my service, I received weapons training.
這樣就OK了.
