[問題] I-485 (12/13/17版) Part 8 需要退伍令？

雖然已經爬文過有關退伍令的問題，
想問問看有沒有男性版友送的是這個版本，
除了第49題的 "Have you EVER received any type of military, paramilitary, or weapons
training?"
跟第55題的 "Have you EVER served in, been a member of, assisted, or participated in any
military unit, paramilitary unit, police unit, self-defense unit, vigilante
unit, rebel group, guerilla group, militia, insurgent organization, or any
other armed group?"
要填Yes之外，Part 8 第1題好像是新的
"Have you EVER been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with
any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or
similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world
including any military service?"
答Yes的話然後要填Organization跟日期
有版友附退伍令+翻譯+公證的嗎？
還是附上Statement of Military Service就好？
