[問題] 這種情況該申請回美證或申請公民嗎？

2015/11/10拿到2年臨時綠卡， 2017/11/10綠卡過期（8月已送件受到延期一年信） 2018/8 收到綠卡再延期半年的信出境時間 2016/2 3個月， 2017/3 1個月， 2018/4/22-2018/5/12 3週， 2018/7/31-2018/11/5 3個月又6天原本預計就是一年回去台灣一次的，可是7月時我媽被檢查出長腦瘤，因為是腦部動刀，我決定回去陪她，於是2018/7/31時又出境，但是回台灣後我媽動完手術做進一步檢查後，發現是肺腺癌四期，當下我媽很難接受，幾經考慮後辭掉在美國的餐廳工作多陪我媽。昨天入境時被移民官詢問了許多問題讓我以為入境不了，他問了以下問題（括號為我的回答）： Where are you going to? (Denver) Denver? That’s where you live? 同時狐疑地看著我的報關單 (Oh, I thought you were asking me where I’m transferring to. Loveland, I live in Loveland. ) Where do you work at in the US? (I had a job at a restaurant, but I had to resign to take care of my mom) When did you leave the US? (July 30th) Well, you actually left on July 31st. So from 7/31-11/5, you were out of the U S for over 4 months? (剛下飛機意識昏沈以為他是三個多月直接算成四個月，回答了yes) Are you still married? (Yes. My husband understands it’s an emergency. He agr eed with me staying with my mom. ) You were gone for such a long time. ( Yes, my original plan was to be there for my mom’s brain surgery but then w e found out she had stage four lung cancer so I needed to be there for her. I have paperwork to prove she was hospitalized. ) How long are you staying this time? (About three months. My mom’s situation isn’t steady. She might not have too much time left so I want to be there with her. ) So what food are you declaring? (Seafood, snacks, and chocolate. No any meat. ) But seafood IS meat. ( oh, I mean any other meats other than seafood.) Is that all you’re declaring? (You can look at the back of the form. I wrote down all the items. ) 反正我覺得我有點險過，因為他當下是把我的東西都夾進護照又東張西望了一下，感覺是要找人帶我去小房間（純粹猜測），張望完後他才又翻開蓋我的護照蓋入境章，我到家後發現他上面寫out for 4 months。鋪張了很久，我的問題是，雖然我的10年綠卡還沒下來，可是理論上公民申請還是可以先丟，我也是傾向先申請的，不過我接下來的計畫應該會是在美國三個月後再回台灣，之後保持美國三個月、台灣三個月這樣的情況，但是還是一年會在美國超過半年，感覺這樣雖然符合公民申請資格，可能還是會被面試官覺得誠意不足？（因為最接近的一年出境頻繁時間又快半年）又，我的情況雖然離境不會超過半年，但在這次被嚴苛訊問後，我是否該申請回美證以求下次能順利入境？謝謝回答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 71.218.228.59 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Immigration/M.1541512394.A.F74.html ※ 編輯: s90236a (71.218.228.59), 11/06/2018 21:56:27
