[討論] 旅行社免責契約?

即將去越南的旅程中，有3天訂了當地旅行社的行程，並已付款。付款後旅行社寄來了免責聲明書(Waiver Form)，要求每個人都要簽名，看起來是要我們放棄旅程中發生意外後，對當地旅行社的法律追訴權。這種文件似乎很常見(大家在泛舟或飛行傘時好像也會呆呆簽了)，但要簽下去總覺得有點怪怪的，不知道板上各位大大的看法如何? The undersigned acknowledges that they understand there are inherent risks associated with 'adventure travel' such as biking, trekking and kayaking.
