雖然說這個好像有點傷感情, 但是加州規定只有具有以下四種身分的可以幫忙報稅
1. Attroneys
2. CPA
3. CTEC Registered Tax Preparers (CRTP)
4. Enrolled Agents with IRS
以下為雇用不合法tax preparer的後果
Hiring an illegal tax preparer may prevent you from having legal recourse
against fraud, as well as increase your chances for additional taxes,
interest and fines. In the end, it is always the taxpayer,
not the tax preparer, who is held responsible the information
listed on the tax return, no matter if it is done accurately or fraudulently.
