Account-based or project based post-sale technical support, including installation assistance, troubleshooting, error reporting, maintenances and software/firmware upgrading. Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. Maintain good relationships with customers. Product Support Analyzing, evaluating and resolving product usage issues responding to customers’technical support requests. Provide product enhancement recommendations based on customers’ feedbacks. Knowledge based technical topics and articles composing and sharing. Provide ACTi software and hardware products training to the customers. Event Support Trade-show planning and preparation. Trade-show booth layout design, set up and demo stations installation. Technical consulting at show floor. Integration Support 3rd party VMS integration support. IP surveillance system components (network devices, PC systems and storage) integration support. SDK integration support. Types of Support. Email support. 1-800 hotline telephone support. Customer HelpDesk (CHD) online system support. Project-based onsite support. Qualifications 1. Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related majors. 2. At least one year of working experience on IT, product development, CCTV industry or technical support. 3. Able to work in the Irvine office. 4. Knowledge of Computer Science. 5. Knowledge of PC-based systems and Windows operating systems. 6. Good communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus. 7. Bilingual in Mandarin is a must. 8.
