[租屋] USC附近 出租 (代PO勿回站內信)

What you can expect from the room and the house?
1.There are washer and drier in the room.
2. A kitchen with all kinds of kitchen wares. You can cook your food
if you like.
3. Very convenient traffic to USC campus. The school bus route A stops
at the door of the house which runs from 6:10 AM to 9:40 PM on
weekdays.
4. You have to share bathroom with 3 other guys. Currently 3 guys and
3 females in the house. They are all quiet,nice and clean people.
5. The landlord covers 1/3 water, you have to share the utilities with
the other 6 people.
6. Parking space for two cars.
7. The rent will be 540 dollars per month. This is a very low price
for a single room in that area.
8. A bed and a table in the room that you can use for free. If you
don't like them, I can move them out.
What's an ideal tenant for me?
1. No pets and no parties in the house. A quiet person preferred.
2. The room is just for one person. If you move in, four people have
to share one bathroom.
3. I am subleasing the room and my lease ends at the end of July. So
any person who can rend the house
to the end of July is preferred. If you want to live in the house
longer, talk with the landlord.
4. I have cleaned the carpet before you move in, so you have to pay for the
carpet cleaning if the landlord wants you to do so when you move out.
