城市/區域: West LA zip code 90025 租屋時間:即日起 Hi, all, Me and my housemate are looking for one more housemate (male/female) who are willing to share a 3b3b apartment with us, the apartment is located on Santa Monica Blvd. and Federal Ave. The master bedroom will be available from February 1st. You will have your own bathroom in your room. It is 1285 Square ft.It is a great location that has a boba store and a gym at the first floor of the building. There are many good restaurants that are walking distance, and the grocery store is just a block away. Furthermore, there are post office, bank, theater, all within a block or two. There is also a bus stop right in front of the apartment too. We have laundry in the unit, but the rent does not include utility and internet fees, so we will need to share it evenly.
