如果你是在台灣的話, 這應該是被銀行卡住的,
因為銀行沒預期你會有刷美金 transaction,
通常打電話給銀行要他們放行這些交易就能成功了,
記得出國前先跟銀行說你要出國一陣子, 銀行的人會把授權打開,
這樣就不會每次都要跟銀行說, 當然, 對你的風險也可能會大.
