can i complain?
its because i have this neighbor who own chickens, goose and dog,
whick are always in our backyard.
they 大便 in our area, and its always very dirty in our place.
and it smell really bad.
i dont have money to put the gate.
and i told them this many times.
the reason is not enough food for the animals.
