由於我英文不好加上保險的東西不太懂
有問題想請教大家
前因：老爸公司有健保，滿一年眷屬也有保險，兩人前陣子去做身體檢查
保險公司來了一封信

請問…這是什麼意思阿…尤其是大寫那行字…我不太懂為什麼要特別強調
