[心得] 柚花茶心得分享
剛試完柚花茶,跟大家分享一下吧,有錯請指正。
我用的是白瓷蓋杯,四克加一百毫升水,100度C。
每泡約三十秒,
第一泡,柚花香氣明顯,甚至有點蓋過茶味,可能是茶汁溶出較花香慢的開係。
第二泡,茶味開始明顯,兩種香氣較為平衡,然而茶體仍偏薄,甘味不是很夠,青味卻偏\
重。
第三泡,花香減弱,茶味亦開始減弱,而且是來得快去得快,餘味只有微甘。
心得及建議:
柚花香氣不錯,很清新放鬆。
檢視茶底,應是青心烏龍茶種沒錯吧(有錯請指正),此種茶發酵度輕,常會帶較重的青草
味,柚花的香氣在花香中算清(幽)香型吧,用以配搭輕發酵的烏龍,反而香氣顯得太青及太薄。
因此建議發酵可再加重一點,或是焙火可再重一點,口感及喉韻應會較好。
如此一來,第一泡也不容易被柚花香蓋過。
