[問題] Vermouth的存放期限
為了調Martini和Manhattan
小弟在兩年前買了Martini和Cinzano
昨天突然想到，既然是以葡萄酒為底的加味酒
是不是理論上開瓶後不能存放太久？
我平常也沒有放冰箱，就存放在沒有光照的陰涼處而已。
而且在網路上看到這句
Storage Tips
Vermouth is shelf stable and can be stored upright at room temperature for up
to one year. However, since its flavor starts to dissipate after opening, you
may choose to refrigerate the bottle after opening and use within three
months.
有點害怕會壞掉
但是昨天喝Martini Rosso感覺沒有太怪的味道…
想請問一下板這幾瓶還能不能喝... orz
By the way,
Vermouth實在是很難在一年內喝完的酒...
