[問題] 怎麼會變成降子
參考晴小姐的起司蛋糕

用料配方完全一樣
可是 蛋糕再考的時候有夠給它膨的
想說之前烤好幾次也這樣 就不理她 放在烤箱中放涼
結果隔天看後還是扁了 ORZ 高度比原來放進去的起司糊的高度還低

可是烤完後中間居然是中空的!!!????
