[問題] 植物油替代奶油
爬文也有看到一些使用植物油的食譜
我想請問一下
製作餅乾、麵包的時候
若使用植物油代替奶油,份量是跟食譜中的奶油一樣嗎?
還是要較多or較少?
想說健康一點所以不要用奶油XD
