[問題] 做馬卡龍要使用室溫蛋??
我是烘焙新手 之前買了Carol的書
裡面馬卡龍的食譜準備工作之中寫道 " 雞蛋放置式溫2~3天 "
做馬卡龍一定要用室溫蛋嗎? 為什麼呢
室溫蛋細菌不是較多@@? 冰的蛋也可以做嗎
想請教大家幫我解答> <
