[問題] 蛋糕烤不熟?!
這次想要做蛋糕捲~看到大家的烘烤時間都很短(有的只有八分鐘而已)
可是因為家裡烤箱比較不夠力 所以有拉長時間
依照carol的食譜是烤15分鐘 說摸下去有點沙沙聲就可以了
但依照周老師的食譜是說摸下去是有彈性的(跟一般烤戚風一樣)
我怕有沙沙聲還是沒有烤熟..所以選擇摸下去有彈性的熟度
摸下去是有彈性了~而且沒有留下指印
可是放涼後再去摸表面 竟然表面變得濕濕的...像是有生料還沒烤熟的那種感覺
請問到底為什麼會這樣呢?有甚麼方法可以解決嗎??
因為剛剛覺得烤失敗了 所以只好先把這一整塊平板蛋糕全部吃下肚 Orz..
