請問一下
大家都說,鐵鍋越用越好用
越用越不沾
到底為什麼啊???
我自己煎蛋
過去
火開大一點,溫度拉高一點
蛋放下去就是跟鍋子完美的結合再一起了
可是用了一年之後
一樣作法,一樣的火力,一樣的溫度
參數盡可能都調成一樣
就很神奇的不會沾
還然能煎出外面餐廳淺黃色的微焦感
調整適當的話,
運氣好還能煎出外焦內嫩還帶微微流動的內餡
吃起來真是爽到不行!!!
請問這是為什麼啊???
鐵鍋上面的毛細孔被反覆煎炒之後填滿了嗎?
