原po同學被開罰單的理由應該是違反交通規則吧（比如stop sign
沒有停?) 交警不會沒有理由就盤查(除非像是鄰近國境邊界的州
會在公路上設盤查點, 但也沒有要求每個駕車人出示駕照)
30天云云主要是那交警不懂 這在RMV上的FQA相關說明有提到
(RMV說一直收到警察抱怨說不知道 "國際駕照" 是什麼東西)
這個是重點:

如果怕碰到"不懂"的交警那麼把RMV的那份說明印下來放在車裡
(我不保證警察臉不會臭）
不過更需要注意的是
小心開車 不要違反規則 （就不會被警察攔)
