It's only two months pass, u still need to wait about 4 months.
My case is also very weired. I didn't bring enough files to INS, so the
officer was very angry, she wanted me to wait the notice. After 4 months,
I went to my local INS officer, the officer told me that my green cards
already passed at the same day when I had the bad interview. The local
officer was very nice to help me fill the form, so I got my green cards
3 months later.
For apply citizenship: for example: you get ur green cards, u can see
there are two date, 1st : 9/30/02 (the day they approved ur case)
2nd one is expired date: 9/30/12
you can apply citizenship 90days before 9/30/07 (5yrs for H, 3 yrs for
marry citizen)
