由於有一些人詢問我先來貼最近這半年 CP IVP AIT的時間流程 Consular Processing (CP) Immigrant Visa Processing (IVP) 職業移民第二優先(EB2)類別國家利益豁免(NIW, National Interest Waiver) American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) February 28, 2022 We received your Form I-140. July 15, 2022 We approved your Form I-140 NVC website: NVC Timeframes Aug 22, 2022 from NVC website. Current case creation time frame: As of 22-Aug-22, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 3-Aug-22. Aug 29, 2022 from NVC website. Current case creation time frame: As of 29-Aug-22, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 15-Aug-22. From: nvc.state.gov/inquiry <NVCAttorney@state.gov> Date: Thu, Sep 1, 2022 at 10:14 PM Subject: TAI2022XXXXX (LIVAOS IV FEE FOR NEOPOST DS-1200) NVC case number is provided. Expedite request sent: Sep 1, 2022 NVCexpedite response: Sep 2, 2022 "The National Visa Center (NVC) will send your request for expedited processing to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate." 07-SEP-2022 IV Fee Payment first trial (Was waiting for employer to pay the fee, but they did not make it in time.) After 3 days, system showed rejected. (probably NVC system was down) 10-SEP-2022 IV Fee Payment second trial 15-SEP Online Form IV Application ready for filling: START NOW Sep 15, 2022 " However, they cannot expedite this case." Expedite denied. 19-SEP DS-260 sumitted/civil documents mailed by Fedex overnight 9/20/2022 delivered by FedEx to NVC From: <NVCInquiry@state.gov> Date: Thu, Sep 29, 2022 at 11:02 PM Subject: National Visa Center: TAI2022XXXXX The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application. The U.S. Embassy tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as they become documentarily qualified. However, before applicants in a numerically limited (preference) visa category can receive an appointment, their priority date must also be current. This can delay receipt of an appointment. Oct 2, 2022: second expedite request Oct 4, 2022: "We previously sent your request to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in TAIWAN. However, they cannot expedite this case." Oct 26, 2022 (morning): CEAC system: "In Transit" Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.
