[北美] OPT job可以有multiple employers?
請問一下opt可以有multiple employers嗎?
現在情況是 opt申請中
六月初申請上網查進度是寫initial review
不過學校填的日期是7/14
現在時間已經超過了 我還沒收到卡
但我的問題是 我知道opt有九十天的時間一定要找到工作
(opt期間 不能90天unemployed)
opt要full-time job
學校定義full-time是 20 hours/week
我的問題是 如果我拿到一個part-time offer低於20 hours
能不能再另外找一份part-time
湊足剩下的小時?( 2part-time湊成一個full-time的時數?)
那就變成我有兩個以上的employers?
我聽說opt的管理相對寬鬆
這個part-time full-time的定義很嚴格嗎?

我上網查了一下 USCIS上面只有說要跟所學相關 沒有定義PART- TIME FULL TIME
但學校網頁有說

Multiple employers Students may work for more than one employer, but all
employment must be related to each individual student’s degree program.
Limits on Periods of Unemployment on OPT
F-1 visa regulations allow students to apply for OPT without having an
employer. For students who remain in the United States on post-completion
OPT, their legal status depends on being employed. OPT employment may be paid
or unpaid, full-time or part-time, and includes self-employment. Students on
post-completion OPT may not accrue an aggregate of more than 90 days of
unemployment within the approved dates of OPT as listed on the Employment
Authorization Document (EAD).
