[問題] 關於威士忌某些味道

在喝威士忌之餘, 小弟喜歡看看該酒的介紹文宣,
在自己喝的時候, 試圖找出文宣中所形容的味道
當然, 有的時候某些氣味很明顯很強烈,
有的時候則無法感覺到文宣裡的味道
參加過幾次品酒會, 品牌大使(或主持人)帶領品酒時,
他們形容的味道, 一般來說更為複雜,
某些氣味, 比方石楠花, 荳蔻, 因為根本沒見過, 聞過, 嚐過,
就算在品酒時, 聞得出那氣味, 但也無法形容出來
(或許這就是酒鼻子的最重要功能?)
這兩年在網路上, 看到的一些網友品酒文,
經常會出現幾種被形容的味道(氣味?),
不過小弟不是很明白, 疑惑許久,
想說佔用點板面, 詢問前輩們, 看能不能有解答
小弟有疑惑的幾種味道分別是"硫味", "炮仔味", "麥餿味", 以及"皂味"
其中硫味是否等同於炮仔味? 另外多半出現於雪莉桶中陳年的威士忌?
另外皂味好像多被形容於Bowmore酒廠的酒(過去的Bowmore比較有?)
想請教的是, 炮仔味與硫味究竟是怎麼樣的味道, 有沒有更具體的形容方式,
同時, 能否請前輩舉例, 市面上哪種常見的普飲款, 會有那樣的味道?
這樣小弟便能找機會購入或買單杯試試看
另外, 麥餿味也是很不能理解的一種味道,
請問是否是某些酒剛開時, 會有種穀物(或米飯)放到發酸, 臭掉的那種氣味?
以小弟自己的感覺, 布納哈本12年, 喝過的幾瓶中,
每一瓶都有那樣的味道, 不過只要放一陣子, 那種味道就不見了.
那個味道非常強烈, 特別,
以小弟淺薄的品飲經驗, 那味道可算是布納哈本12年的剛開瓶專屬氣味
同樣的, 能否請前輩賜教, 舉例說明哪一種市售的普飲款有那種味道.
最後, 皂味小弟大概比較能體會出來,
因為這兩年喝過大約十種Bowmore的基本款或新出酒款,
一開始都體會不到何謂皂味,
不過先前喝了杯21年老Bowmore, 馬上就能感覺到不同,
不過小弟覺得那氣味不像水晶肥皂,
倒像是小時候吃過的某種便宜的泡泡糖, 一種廉價的人工甘味劑的氣味
