[問題] 自製麵包如何維持鬆軟??
請問各位大大
自製麵包(還有吐司)隔天口感變的很差 又硬又乾
吃之前一定要再烤一下才能吃
可是外面賣的麵包和吐司 可以一直維持鬆軟 (很多天很多天.....)
是因為添加了甚麼化學成分嗎??
要到哪裡去買呢??
對人體有甚麼影響嗎??
