[問題] 鮮奶油打不發
如標題,我居住在國外海拔3000公尺左右,每年的平均溫都在15度左右
第一次用500CC的鮮奶油用打蛋雞打半小時,但沒有打得很發,大概只有7分發吧
第二次再打....結果也是這樣7分發..
之後就換另外一個牌子叫creme de leche (UHT) 比例是700毫升+70G的細沙糖
這個更糟打了快一個小時還是稀的!!!
會是因為海拔高的關係而打不發嗎?? 我在台灣的時候都很容易打發~在這邊都不行...
若海拔高要怎麼克服??
