[閒聊] 巧克力的保存
板上的各位應該都知道巧克力保存的最佳溫度是15~20度
無奈台灣地處亞熱帶
現在有正值夏天
室外溫度隨時會超過三十,室內也沒有好到哪去
冷氣又不會二十四小時天天維持18度(除非你是御飯糰)
放冰箱溫度又太低
昨天去A4的Valrhona時,那裡的店員說可以把巧克力放到紅酒櫃裡保存
想請問一下板上的各位有人這樣做嗎?
有的話是家裡已經有紅酒櫃還是特地為巧克力買一個呢?
