[問題] 滷肉酸掉怎辦QQ (都是豆腐惹的禍...)
上星期滷了一鍋肉(絞肉、五花、豆腐、雞腿、雞蛋)
昨晚天因為吃的差不多,
又加了新的絞肉(有炒過)八隻大雞腿(開水燙)七顆蛋(水煮)和幾塊豆腐
放到要睡覺前還很燙,就開一小縫讓他放涼,打算明早冰
然後到中午我居然忘記冰了~ QQ
剛要拿去冰居然發現我的滷汁上面在冒小泡泡
心中大喊不妙,近聞有一點點酸味~
然後趕緊再滾一次,滾完之後一試還有點酸味~
這下我該怎麼辦啊~~~~~~~~~
我的肉啊,第一次滷就註定要臭酸收場也太狠了吧~~~ T.T
真的只能拿去餵狗嗎??? (狗會不會拉肚子...)
有什麼補救方法嗎?? 真的很大一鍋耶(十人份鍋子)
我現在好想哭哦~~ T.T
到底是哪裡出了差錯啊,
晚上氣溫還ok呀,白天也沒有非常熱呀..那a安捏.....
